1. Tax Policy
Inside the Kingdom of Bahrain 🇧🇭
✅ We would like to inform our valued customers that we do not charge Value Added Tax (VAT) on products sold within the Kingdom of Bahrain. All prices displayed in the store are net and inclusive, without any additional tax-related fees.
Shipping to GCC Countries 🌍
BNION Store does not impose any taxes at the time of purchase. However, local customs duties or taxes (such as VAT or customs clearance fees) may apply in the customer's country upon receipt of the shipment.
The responsibility for paying these fees falls directly on the customer, strictly in accordance with their local laws and regulations.
✅ Important Note: Customs fees and taxes vary significantly from one country to another, and we cannot determine their exact value in advance.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
2.1 Inside Bahrain
- Express Shipping Fee: 1.500 BHD.
- Bulk Shipping: Applicable for orders exceeding 5 kg.
- Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days.
2.2 To GCC Countries
- Trusted Partners: Shipping is fulfilled through reliable carriers including ARAMEX, BOX-OUT, POWERAIR, and DHB BAHRAIN.
- Shipping Costs: Starting from 3.000 BHD, varying based on the total order weight and final destination.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as the order is prepared.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the absolute accuracy of the shipping address when placing the order.
- Pay any taxes or customs duties that may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country.
- In the event a shipment is refused or uncollected due to unpaid taxes or customs, the round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the customer's refunded amount.
